This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.4 to give adequate police protection to conduct Kodaivila festival in Arulmigu Sri Pathirakali Amman Thirukovil situated at Vairavikinaru, Koodankulam Post, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District on the basis of ''Saiva Agama Murai'' scheduled to be held on 11.07.2022, 12.07.2022 and 13.07.2022 for the period of three days by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2022.

2.Mr.M.Sakthikumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/4

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the peace committee meeting was conducted by the Tahsildar, Radhapuram on 01.07.2022. After conducting peace committee meeting, both the parties have agreed to conduct the temple festival peacefully and the respondent police has also ready to provide police protection for the temple festival namely 'Kodaivila' in Arulmigu Sri Pathirakali Amman Thirukovil situated at Vairavikinaru, Koodankulam Post, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
