DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the Grounds of appeal, and the order of the Lower court and the material records in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C,T.Perumal Advocate for the Petitioner in both C.M.As and of Mr.T.Saroja Advocate for the respondent in both C.M.As and this court doth order and decree as follows;- 1)That the family court dismissing HMCOP No.143 be and hereby is set aside. And the C.M.A(MD)No.905 is allowed.

2)That the marriage held between the respondent and the appellant on 17.3.2013 stands dissolved. and as a consequence H.M.O.P.No.13 of 2015 filed by the respondent/wife for restitution of conjugal rights be and hereby is dismissed and the appeal filed in C.M.A(MD)No.902 of 2019 is allowed. 3)That there be no costs in these Civil Miscellaneous appeal.
