ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that enquiry in this case has been already been conducted and FIR was registered in Crime No.317 of 2023, for the offences under Sections 417, 420 and 506(i) IPC and hence, there is no harassment against the petitioner.
3. Since the FIR has already been registered, the petitioner shall work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings. The respondents police is directed to complete the investigation process within the time stipulated as per rules.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
