SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court, directing the petitioner to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police did not allow the petitioner to comply the condition and threatened the petitioner that they will register a false case against him. Therefore, he has filed the present petition to modify the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7580 of 2024 dated 29.05.2024 in para 6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
