ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation from the file of the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.04.2023, within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that some suspected persons stolen away the vehicles which belongs to the petitioner and committed crime for the offences under Sections 279 and 337 IPC, over which, FIR has been registered in Crime No.582 of 2022 on the file of Kenikarai Police Station against one Ansar Ali.

3. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that, with regard to the complaint of theft no action has been taken.

4. The above said complaint be enquired by the respondent concerned within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4

this order. The petitioner has remedy before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, in view of the above said crime, approach the concerned Court for getting return of vehicle. In view of the above, there is no question of transfer of investigation.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
