The petitioner/wife, who is facing the proceedings for dissolving the marriage at the instance of the husband in H.M.O.P.No.277 of 2019 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sivakasi, seeks transfer of the same to the Subordinate Court, Periyakulam.

2. As agreed by both the parties, H.M.O.P.No.277 of 2019, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sivakasi, can be transferred to the Subordinate Court, Periyakulam, Theni District.

3. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.277 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Sivakasi and transferred to Subordinate Court, Periyakulam, Theni District. The learned Judge, Subordinate Court, Sivakasi, is directed to transmit the papers to the Subordinate Court, Periyakulam, Theni District, forthwith.

4. The learned Judge, Subordinate Court, Periyakulam, Theni District, is directed to dispose of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.277 of 2019, on merits within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the papers from the Subordinate Court, Sivakasi, after due notice and opportunity to both parties. Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.244 of 2020 there will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
