Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner retired from service in the year 2018 so that he could join the LIC as Assistant. According to the petitioner, he is entitled to encashment benefit of earned leave and unearned leave. In this regard, he has given an application. The second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
