To set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 08.01.2020 passed in MCOP No.183 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Judge of Kulithalai by allowing this Appeal. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.PRAGASH, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- By an order dated 11.12.2021, the matter has been settled in the national Lok Adalat as it has been seen from the award copy by the High Court Legal Service Committee, wherein withdrawal has been specifically mentioned. The matter has been settled for Rs.18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs only) and the claimants are entitled for equal proportionate and also permitted to withdraw the amount.
