ORDER
The petitioner's earlier representation, dated 22.09.2020 seeking for alternative employment, is now rejected through a proceedings, dated 18.07.2022 by the third respondent herein. Since the prayer in the present writ petition is also with regard to providing an alternative employment under the provisions of the Persons With Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995, it would not be appropriate to consider the prayer in the present writ petition. However, if the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the order of rejection, dated 18.07.2022, the ends of justice could be secured.
2. In the light of the above observations, without going into merits and the grounds raised in the present writ petition, the petitioner is granted liberty to 2/4
challenge the proceedings, dated 18.07.2022 in accordance with law.
