ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint lodged by the second respondent.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned the Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the second respondent, petition enquiry was conducted on 14.05.2018 in C.No.P4/021835/1203/18 and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
