ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No. 276 of 2021 and to file final report.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to money dispute between the petitioner and one Karuppaiya/Accused person, the petitioner lodged a complaint. But, till now no action has been taken by the respondent police. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 276 of 2021 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
