The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent police is harassing her under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.Mr. P.Kotaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and submits that the respondent police is not harassing the petitioner. They have conducted an enquiry in Current Paper No.C.No.G5/E-7378188/320/2024 and C.No. 39/SPGDP/SDOC/24 based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner's husband and it was closed on 28.05.2024.
