Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to issue a joint Patta in favour of the petitioner and her son Giri in respect of the Survey No.263/2A1 and 263/2A3 and issue the joint Patta in favour of the petitioner, her son Giri, V.L.Ravi and V,L.Suresh in respect of the Survey No.263/4 situated at Govindannagaram, Theni Taluk, Theni District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue a joint patta in favour of the petitioner and her son Giri in respect of the Survey No.263/2A1 and 263/2A3 and issue the joint patta in favour of the petitioner, her son Giri, V.L.Ravi and V,L.Suresh in respect of the Survey No.263/4 situated at Govindannagaram, Theni Taluk and District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2017.

2.Mr.C.Selvaraj , learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.09.2017.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

5.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
