ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police would submit that the C.S.R. No.77 of 2025 is pending for enquiry.

In view of the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the respondent police for enquiry and the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioner.
