The petitioner though filed this Writ Petition for directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2017 seeking to stop illegal gravel quarry in several survey fields and other reliefs. A reading of the representation of the petitioner gives an indication that the representation is personal and aimless and it is not specific with regard to any particular act, against the petitioner's son. Though the petitioner makes several allegations against her own son with regard to forgery of documents, improper division of properties that were inherited from her husband and illegal quarry, etc., absolutely no specific allegation is made to take cognizance or to consider the grievance of the petitioner as to how the petitioner's right is affected on account of such unlawful activities of her son.

In such circumstances, this Writ Petition is not maintainable and therefore, dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit a representation in a proper manner with specific allegations against her son or any one as to how the petitioner's right is infringed due to such illegal activities of her son or as to the violation of any statutory provision, making the petitioner's son liable for prosecution. No costs.
