[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2023 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent

- Municipality, on instructions, submitted that enforcement actions are already initiated for removal of unauthorized construction.

3. In view of the above submission, no further consideration is required in this writ petition. The authorities concerned are directed to conclude the enforcement actions, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
