This petition has been filed seeking to to forbear the respondents their men and agents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business i.e., cross massage in the name and style of " Roja Spa Centre at 68-A, Parvathi Complex, Ovvai Shanmugam Road, Meenakshipuram, Nagarkoil".

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that there is no harassment and the respondent police has no intention to harass the petitioner at any point of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Inasmuch as there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
