ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.GA. NATRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to bring on record the respondents 15 to 21 as legal representatives of the deceased third respondent and rank them as respondents 15 to 21 in S.A(MD) No.78 of 2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the records.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and directed to take steps to appoint legal aid counsel for minor respondents 12 to 14.
4. Post the matter on 03.07.2024, steps for the deceased sixth respondent by then.
