This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent no.2, to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and to his family members life and limb by considering the petitioner representation dated 10.08.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents on 10.08.2021 and the same is still pending. 3.Considering the above, respondents are directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 10.08.2021, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondent No.4 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
