2. The petitioner essentially seeks relief against the private parties. As such the petitioner has to necessarily obtain relief only before the jurisdictional civil Court. If any such suit or legal proceedings are 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.13428 OF 2024 filed, they shall be numbered immediately provided the plaint is in order. If any IA is filed, it shall be taken up for hearing as expeditiously as possible. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions and defences of the petitioner as well as the private respondents are left open.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
