By consent, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for R.1 to R.3 and Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss learned Counsel, takes notice for R.4.

3. The case of the petitioner is that one of his neighbours was letting out their effluents into the open street, which causes immense hazards and diseases to the petitioner and his family as well as others in the vicinity. In this regard, he submitted a representation before the respondents on 11.08.2017 and as the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is kept pending, without any action, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Considering the limited scope of the relief now sought for in the prayer, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
