ORDER : This Revision petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated: 27.08.2021 and a letter received from the District Munsif, Melur, in D.No.47 DATED: 27.01.2022 this court made the following order:- This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time'.

2.The learned District Munsif, Melur, has submitted a letter dated 27.01.2022 seeking extension of three months time to dispose of O.S.No.394 of 2012.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned in the letter dated 27.01.2022, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned Judge by three months and accordingly, it is extended by three months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
