Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 2.The petitioner's counsel states that he had purchased the land in question from the fifth respondent and he is putting up a construction. W.P.(MD)No.14746 of 2020 some dispute between the fifth respondent and his brother the sixth respondent/Ravichandran. According to the petitioner, at the instance of the sixth respondent, the third respondent is coercing him not to proceed with the construction. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate stated that the third respondent has never interfered and will not interfere in the pending civil dispute. 4.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
