ORDER
The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the second and third respondents Revenue Divisional Officer and the Tahsildar of Thiruvengadam at Tenkasi District, to consider and dispose of a representation dated 08.05.2023, given by the petitioner herein and grant house site patta in Natham Survey No.227/23 at Nattuvapatti Village, Thiruvengadam Taluk, Tenkasi District to the petitioner herein.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader who had taken notice on behalf of the respondents pointed out that it would not be possible for such an order to be granted by the respondent. It is stated that yet another individual had made a similar application which was rejected by the Revenue Divisional Officer. It is stated that one Kolammal, had filed an application seeking correction for the mistakes, which according to her happened in the UDR survey and necessary orders were passed on 02.05.2023 by the District Revenue Officer. That application was also rejected.

3. It is therefore stated that the petitioner cannot seek the patta to be granted in his favour. At any rate, the objections of the learned Special Government Pleader are noted but this has to be conveyed to the petitioner and the proper authority to convey the same to the petitioner would be the second respondent, who may pass orders on the representation given by the petitioner herein, after following due procedure. Necessary orders may be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
