2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court by an order dated 19.04.2023 had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner directing him to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- directly to the defacto complainant as compensation and on production of proof/acknowledgement the learned Magistrate shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioner.
