Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHISH S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition no. 5(a) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7232 of 2023, dated 19.04.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court by an order dated 19.04.2023 had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner directing him to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- directly to the defacto complainant as compensation and on production of proof/acknowledgement the learned Magistrate shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner has also sustained injuries and he is still taking treatment and he is unable to comply with the conditions, hence he seeks modification of the said condition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
