The petitioner seeks to prevent the disconnection of his electricity service connection bearing No.05271009345. 2.Ms.M.Rajeswari, learned Counsel appearing for Mr.S.M.S.Johnny Basha, learned Standing Counsel for TANGEDCO submits, on instructions, that the Electricity Department has not initiated any action to disconnect the abovementioned electricity service connection. Consequently, the petitioner's apprehension in such regard appears misplaced.
