For Respondent : Mr. K.Gnanasekaran, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec. 528 BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition of the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until final orders and thereafter as and when required for interrogation imposed in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 6109 of 2025 dated 03.04.2025 by this Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 6109 of 2025 dated 03.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 6109 of 2025 dated 03.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed.
