1084 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(Special District Court), Thanjavur DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal having come up for final hearing on Thursday the Twenty Fourth day of March Two Thousand Twenty Two , upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Tribunal and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. A.Balaji Advocate for Mr.D.Sivaraman Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.N.

1) That the award dated 15.11.2018 passed in M.C.O.P.No 1084 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(Special District Court), Thanjavur, be and hereby is reduced from of Rs.5,45,797/- (Rupees Five Lakhs and Forty Five thousand seven hundred and ninety seven only) to of Rs.4,37,997/- (Rupees Four Lakhs and Thirty Seven thousand nine hundred and ninety seven only) with interest at the rate od 7.5% per annum ,
