Tamil Nadu Act, 14 of 1982 as a sexual offender and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Senthil Mallar, Son of Kumarasamy, aged about 46 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Cuddalore before this Court and set him at liberty.
