Seeking to quash the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.14 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, by way of e-filing bearing No.LTN20220002522C202500101 on 08.12.2025, which is yet to be numbered, and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. A copy of the final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate has been placed before this Court.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, to take the final report on file, as soon as possible. The petitioner is at liberty to Page No. 2 of 4
