ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of . M/s.A.Aruljenifer For Kbs Law Office, Advocate for the Petitioner and M/S.. K.Gnanasekaran , Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 this Court made the following order:
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD) No. 468 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD) No. 468 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the
petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Kumbakonam West Police Station, Thanjavur District, weekly once, ie. on every monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
