2.The writ petition was filed against the show cause notice issued under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983. During the pendency of the writ petition, final order came to be passed and the petitioner appears to have filed civil miscellaneous appeal before the Cooperative Tribunal. It is for the petitioner to pursue the said remedy. Nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 3.This writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
