ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.193 of 2024, for the offence punishable under 1/3

Sections 8(C), 20(b)(ii)(A) & 25 of NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, has filed this petition seeking bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was in possession of 20 grams of ganja. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner has three previous cases to his credit.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
