Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of fourth respondent in proceedings Moo.Moo.No.3167/Aa4/2025/, dated 14.05.2025 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional, consequently direct the respondent to allow the petitioner to continue in service as Drawing Teacher and grant the petitioner all service and other attendant benefits and pass such further or other orders as this Court. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice issued by the fifth respondent, wherein the petitioner has been called upon to submit her explanation why she should not be terminated for being appointed without falling in the zone of consideration. 2/5

2. Considering the fact that it is only a show cause notice, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the said order. However, the petitioner is permitted to submit her explanation on or before 05.06.2025. After considering the said application, the authorities are directed to proceed in accordance with law.

3. With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
