ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an 1/4

extension of the operation of the order dated 19.11.2025 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20597 of 2025, on the file of this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that he was unable to arrange sufficient sureties and comply with the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20597 of 2025. Accordingly, the time granted for the operation of the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20597 of 2025 is extended by a further period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 01.06.2026 dss 2/4
