Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent in respect of the punishment imposed to the petitioner in and by his proceedings No.81/19-20 dated 09.09.2019 and approved by the first respondent in Moo.Moo.No.6244/A4/19 dated nil 12.2019 (signed on 9.12.2019) and quash the same and consequently directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to grant him all the consequential monetary and service benefits from the date when it was due.
