Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to fix and disburse the pension to the petitioner by counting half of the service rendered by the petitioner from 27.12.1987 to 06.08.2009 on daily wages basis along with regular service rendered by the petitioner from 07.08.2009 to 31.03.2015 with all consequential benefits from the date of retirement by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2018. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5 and the learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the third respondent.

2.By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5 would submit that the request of the petitioner herein is under consideration before the first respondent and appropriate orders will be passed by the second respondent in due course.

4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to pass appropriate order and thereafter, the second respondent shall pass consequential order as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
