Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from erecting electric pole in front of the petitioner's land in old Survey No. 5/2 and 5/15, UDR Survey No. 5/12A1 and 5/15 situated at Nelmudikarai Village, Thirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District in Plot Nos.46, 47 and also direct the first respondent to remove the electric pole which was erected in the petitioner's above said patta land and shift the same to the nearby vacant land based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2025. 1/4
