O R D E R

The present petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai, to expedite the proceedings pending in C.C.No.82 of 2017 and to dispose of the case, within the time frame that may be specified by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the de facto complainant in Crime No.926 of 2014, on the file of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 I.P.C, which is now pending in C.C.No.82 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai. The petitioner seeks for a direction to speedy disposal of the said case by the concerned Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I. Madurai, is directed to dispose

of the case in C.C.No.82 of 2017, within a period of six months from today.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
