ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to refund the excess stamp duty of Rs. 2,19,600/- paid by the petitioner for registration of sale certificates before the 3rd respondent and by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2023 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2023 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
