ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD) No.7340 of 2026, dated 16.04.2026.

2. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioners in the petition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed in the order, dated 16.04.2026 to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
