O R D E R

The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the second respondent in P.D.No.23 of 2024 dated 15.05.2024 and to quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the body or person of the detenu, namely the petitioner's husband, Ajay Kannan, son of Francis, aged about 23 years and now detained at District Jail, Nagercoil, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.4263, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 29.06.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
