Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India to direct the Learned Principal District Court, Pudukkottai to dispose the suit in OS No.394 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Court, Pudukkottai, within a time stipulated by this Honourable Court. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under caption "Extension of Time" for Trial Court and upon perusing earlier order dated 31.07.2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, in D.No.271/2025 Dated 16.06.2025, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 31.07.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in O.S.No.394 of 2018 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.271/2025, dated 16.06.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further two months time to comply with the order dated 31.07.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two 2/4

months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 31.07.2024.
