(MD) No. 17152 of 2021, Dated. 16.02.2022 with regard to the deposit of amount and report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 AM. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALWIN BALAN.P.P, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the following condition Nos.(a), (b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17152 of 2021, dated 16.02.2022.
(a) Deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each to the credit of Government of Tamil Nadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennai-9 (Account No.11720 10000 00070, IFSC Code: IOBA0001172), without prejudice to their rights and contentions before the trial Court and produce the receipt/acknowledgment before the concerned Court while executing sureties.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P (MD).No.17152 of 2021is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall comply with the condition No.(a) alone.
