A (MD) No. 446 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025 pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. M.P (MD) No. 4955 of 2025 in Crl. A. (MD) No. 446 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl. M.P (MD) No. 4955 of 2025 in Crl A (MD) No. 446 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge / Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil, monthly once, ie. First working day of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
