ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P (MD) No. 5224 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl. O.P (MD) No. 5224 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Special Judge, Special Court for Trial of NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, monthly once, ie. first working day of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
