JUDGMENT

(Judgment of this Court was delivered by S.SRIMATHY, J.) The Writ Appeal has been filed against the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.(MD)No.1385 of 2025, dated 11.03.2025. 2.Heard the learned Counsel on both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Writ Court. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the appellant to file a civil suit on or before 31.07.2025 and till such time, the respondents shall not alienate the subject property. It is open to 2/4
