PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner by implementing the order of the 1st respondent in Pa.Mu.A1-3154-2014 dated 16.10.2015 within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court, in respect of land in S.No.81/12 of an extent of 24 cents in Amaravathipudur Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue patta in his name by implementing the order of the 1st respondent in Pa.Mu.A1-3154-2014 dated 16.10.2015 in respect of land to an extent of 24 cents comprised in S.No.81/12 situated at Amaravathipudur Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that originally patta was standing in the name of the petitioner, but the second respondent issued a patta in favour of the third parties. The first respondent has set aside the order of the second respondent and directed the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner, by an order dated 16.10.2015.

along with a copy of the order of the first respondent, the second respondent has not implemented the order of the first respondent, hence, the present writ petition.

5.In the light of the above facts, this Court directs the second respondent to implement the order of the first respondent dated 16.10.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
