ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that the land in S.No.201/3 situated at Kullalakundu Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District is the petitioner's husband's ancestral property. It originally stood in the name of the petitioner's husband Ramakrishnan and her mother-in-law Seeniammal in patta No.169. During the UDR survey the property was changed in the name of 5th respondent. Based on this, the 5th respondent has executed a sale deed in favour of respondents 6 to 9 and therefore, the petitioner has 2/5

filed an application before the Tahsildar to cancel the patta granted in favour of the 5th respondent and has filed this writ petition.

2.If the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the UDR survey with the patta stood in the name of the petitioner's husband and her mother-in-law, she has to approach the DRO concerned.

3.The petitioner shall file an application before the 2nd respondent / the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such application filed by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders after providing opportunity of hearing to the interested parties within a period of six months therefrom. No costs.
