Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
